Lesbian Devils  picks up where The Devil Lives in Hot Springs left off.  Charlotte, Todd, Danny and Lincoln are all dead.

Matt and Laura have each moved on with their lives, separately.  Laura has left Hot Springs and Matt has secluded himself from everyone.

No one knows for certain where Patricia is.  After the authorities collected the body of Patricia's mother, and after a brief visit with the city's therapists, Patricia was sent to the hospital for further evaluation.

She never made it.

The car that was transporting her was located, abandoned, three miles away.  Neither Patricia nor the doctor and nurse escorting her have been found.

 

In the meantime, our focus has shifted to new residents of the town.  In particular, a dancer named Coretta Musianti;  Missy and Shae, a lesbian couple with more money than they know what to do with, and David Stark, who just showed up and started beating the hell out of people.   When this group meets, people in town learn that you don't cross Missy and Shae.
